Delivery Policy:  
If you would like to know about the availability of particular products or need to contact us about a delivery, please email sales@lindseylang.co.uk

If you have a tight deadline, please let us know at sales@lindseylang.co.uk and we will do everything we can to meet your request.  

As a part of our environmental policy, we strive to keep industry wastage to an absolute minimum. Offering a made-to-order service is our way of alleviating unnecessary industry waste. Details of how this effects delivery lead times is outlined below.  

Lead Time for Rugs:
We are an artisan company focusing on custom pieces. All of our rugs are carefully crafted by hand in India, and the majority of our rugs are made-to-order. Lead time on our made-to-order rugs is 8-10 weeks plus shipping time.  We will contact you when your rugs have been made, to arrange a convenient delivery date.  We occasionally hold stock of certain rugs. If we happen to have your chosen rug in stock, we will be in touch within 5-7 working days to arrange your delivery. 

Lead Time for Tiles:
We hold a range of tile samples in stock ready to dispatch for online sample orders. Of course we do occasionally run out of stock of some samples, but generally we are able to dispatch tile samples within 3-5 working days. Lead time on full tile orders is approximately 6-8 weeks plus shipping. We will contact you when your tiles have been made, to arrange a convenient delivery date. 

Goods will not be despatched until full payment (including delivery charges) has been received.

Shipping to the rest of the world:
We welcome overseas orders and regularly send products to clients all around the world. All orders outside mainland UK have different delivery charges which depend on the size & weight of your order and your location.
To make an overseas order simply email us at sales@lindseylang.co.uk and tell us what you would like to order along with full delivery address. We will then be able to generate a bespoke shipping quote for you and will email you back with a quotation for your order along with expected delivery times and payment details.
