Terms of Service: Lindsey Lang Design Ltd. accepts most debit and credit cards as payment for online orders. If you wish to pay with cheque or postal orders, please email sales@lindseylang.co.uk with details of your order. Goods will not be dispatched until full payment (including delivery charges where applicable) has been received. Please visit our 'Shipping and Delivery' page for full delivery terms. 

Force Majeure Seller may, without liability, delay performance or cancel any orders on account of force majeure events or other circumstances beyond its control, including, but not limited to, strikes, acts of God, political unrest, embargo, failure of source of supply, or casualty.

Regions and Taxes: The buyer is responsible for any duties and/or taxes that need to be paid at the point of entry into the destination country. A commercial invoice is provided with all goods shipped. You shall not be entitled to cancel your order on the basis of unforeseen duties or taxes.

Variations: Whilst we make every effort to ensure that representations of products on our website are as accurate as possible, there may be some variations as natural materials have unique characteristics, and can vary slightly between dye batches. Colour variation can also be caused by the browser software or computer system being used to view the products. We cannot accept any responsibility for these variations.
