Terms of Service: Lindsey Lang Design Ltd. accepts most debit and credit cards as payment for all online orders. If you wish to pay with cheque or postal orders, please email sales@lindseylang.co.uk with details of your order. All, goods must be paid for in full prior to dispatch.

We aim to dispatch orders within 7 working days. However, if your item is no longer in stock delivery time can vary up to 4-6 weeks. If you are unhappy with an extended delivery time, please let us know at sales@lindseylang.co.uk and we will do everything we can to meet your request. Of coarse you can cancel your order if the extended delivery time is not suitable for your purchase.

All orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded and Special Delivery except for extra large parcels which may require one of our preferred courier services. Deliveries to non-UK addresses will take considerably longer to arrive.

Goods will not be dispatched until full payment (including delivery charge where applicable) has been received.

Force Majeure Seller may, without liability, delay performance or cancel any orders on account of force majeure events or other circumstances beyond its control, including, but not limited to, strikes, acts of God, political unrest, embargo, failure of source of supply, or casualty.

Regions and Taxes: The buyer is responsible for any duties and/or taxes that need to be paid at the point of entry into the destination country. A commercial invoice is provided with all goods shipped. You shall not be entitled to cancel your order on the basis of unforeseen duties or taxes.

Products Are Not for Resale: Item/s sold to you by Lindsey Lang Design Ltd  are not for resale in any country under any circumstance. By entering and using this site, you acknowledge and agree to the the terms and conditions and intellectual property statement of this website. Currency & Pricing: All prices shown on www.lindseylang.co.uk are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT (credit cards sales will be charged via pay pal in your local billing currency by your credit card provider).

Privacy Policy: Lindsey Lang Design does not retain any customer credit card details and all transactions are protected by PayPal's secure payment processing service. Lindsey Lang Design Ltd. reserves the right to retain customer email addresses unless a customer opts out at checkout. No information will be passed on to third parties but Lindsey Lang Design Ltd. may send correspondence containing details of new products or special offers.

Refund/Exchange Policy and Proof of Postage: We want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you would like to return, exchange or refund your purchase please contact us first by sending an email to sales@lindseylang.co.uk

Lindsey Lang Design Ltd. will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with provided the item/s are returned in their original packaging, undamaged and with all labels intact, within 14 days of receipt.

Please request proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as Lindsey Lang Design cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Occasionally parcels can get damaged in transit. If for some reason, you receive damaged goods, please retain the relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the insurance company of the currier. Please note that the parcel is the customers responsibility until it reaches us, so it is imperative that you send your parcel by registered mail and retain a proof of postage. Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. If an item you have received is damaged please inform us within 24 hrs of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent. Please notify us by sending an email to sales@lindseylang.co.uk

We can only credit a refund to the original purchasers card.
